QA engineer with nine years of testing the software I built and integrated for e-commerce and wholesale businesses. At my last work I was the single point of quality for four business systems and the three ERP syncs between them, gave the final go/no-go on every release, and reduced the manual data corrections done by sales and warehouse staff. I automate with Playwright in TypeScript, including Playwright suites generated and reviewed in an agentic workflow (CYDEO Agentic QA cohort), and test the API layer with Postman.

  • Gave the final go/no-go on every release of the B2B customer panel and the custom warehouse stock app after manual regression and sync verification, so no release went live with a known data defect.
  • Verified the three data syncs from Comarch Optima ERP to Bitrix24 CRM, the B2B panel and the warehouse app end to end, checking that customer, order, stock, price and status data matched across all four systems.
  • Caught wrong stock shown to B2B customers, orders not reaching the warehouse app, price and discount mismatches, and order statuses not updating in the CRM before they reached customers or staff.
  • Reported 20 to 50 functional and non-functional defects in Bitrix24 tasks and a shared defect sheet, tracked each to resolution and retested the fix and the related flows before closing.
  • Created a more reliable order detail mapping between the warehouse app and Bitrix24 CRM, which made the syncs more dependable and cut the manual corrections done by sales and warehouse staff.
  • Acted as the bridge between the ERP, CRM and web development teams: translated business workflows into test scenarios and technical requirements and coordinated fixes through meetings and status reports.
  • Managed cloud hosting, access controls, disaster recovery and security policies.

  • Ran a staging store for both the B2B and B2C stores (WooCommerce and PrestaShop) and tested every feature, plugin update and release there first, so no untested change reached customers in seven years.
  • Ran full stock reconciliations between Subiekt GT ERP and both stores to verify the data sync, keeping stock levels and prices consistent for wholesale and retail customers.
  • Tested checkout and payment gateway flows before each release and after every gateway or plugin change, so customers could always complete a purchase.
  • Tested plugin updates and access controls for security impact before applying them to production.
  • Built and maintained both e-commerce web apps and selected the platforms based on business needs, with WooCommerce as the primary one.
  • Handled production issues across both stores and managed hosting, domains and company email servers.

  • Delivered 10 to 20 projects for SME clients and tested each one manually (functional and non-functional checks) before running three or more rounds of user acceptance testing with the client; every defect found in UAT was fixed before handover.
  • Tested the refund and failed-payment paths of a no-code student application flow for an online education company and found and fixed bugs there before launch.
  • Evaluated and tested ready-made tools (CMS, payment systems, open-source apps) against each client's needs before recommending a configuration or a custom build, so clients paid for custom work only where needed.
  • Built and tested a WordPress magazine with a custom theme, custom Shopify themes, an event management app and brand identities for two e-commerce brands, and React Native (Expo) mobile apps (a driver app for a transport management system and a digital-book library).
  • Since early 2025 work agentically with Firebase Studio and switched to Claude Code, OpenCode and Cline and wrote Playwright test suites for the event management app (run in CI) and the Shopify theme and other projects (run locally).
